Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Ops Edge HQ handles information when its internal automation systems connect to Google services.
Information we access
When you authorize Google access, the application may access information required to perform the workflow you requested. Depending on the permissions granted, this may include Google Drive file names, file identifiers, folder information, and files required for automated workflows.
How Google data is used
Google user data is used only to provide the functionality of the Ops Edge HQ automation system. This may include searching for folders, creating folders, uploading files, retrieving file information, and managing files required by an authorized workflow.
Data sharing
Ops Edge HQ does not sell Google user data. Data is not shared with third parties for advertising or unrelated marketing purposes.
Information may be processed by service providers that are necessary to operate an authorized workflow, such as automation, hosting, storage, or publishing services.
Data storage and security
We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the automation system. Access credentials and authorization tokens are used only to enable the services that the account owner has connected.
Data retention
Data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the relevant workflow, maintain required records, or meet legitimate operational requirements.
Your choices
You may revoke Google account access at any time through your Google Account security settings. Revoking access will prevent the application from using that Google authorization in future workflows.
